The third indicator is Semantic Moat Depth. As foundational models commoditize, competitive advantage shifts to how deeply agent reasoning is grounded in proprietary semantics. Measuring how much reasoning flows through governed knowledge structures versus raw inference reveals whether the organization’s unique context is actually shaping outcomes.
The fourth indicator is Logic Latency. In an executable enterprise, changing a global constraint, such as a margin cap or risk threshold, should propagate across all agents near-instantly. If policy updates require weeks of coordination or redeployment, the operating model is still human bound.
Together, these metrics replace the illusion of control with measurable sovereignty.
What This Ultimately Enables
Executable Operating Logic resolves the ambiguity tax by removing interpretation from the critical path of execution. It shifts organizations from reactive escalation, waiting for anomalies, exceptions, and failures to proactive orchestration, where the conditions of acceptable action are defined in advance – essentially, an achievement.
